Agreement and operator

By using Protein Tracker, you agree to these terms. Protein Tracker is published and operated by VectorApps, as identified on its App Store product page. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Questions: support@yolkpal.com.

Personal journal, not medical advice

Protein Tracker records information you provide and may display estimates from third-party or automated sources. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional nutrition advice. Verify important values and consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

Free features

Manual logging, both tracking modes, protein goals, an optional calorie target, Today, basic History, editing, deletion, reminders, and raw CSV/JSON export remain available without Pro, subject to normal device and operating-system availability.

Pro purchases

Annual Pro and Weekly Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions. Before purchase, StoreKit shows the current localized price, billing period, trial or introductory-offer eligibility, first charge timing, and renewal terms. An eligible trial converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled through Apple before the trial ends.

Renewal, cancellation, restore, and refunds

Apple charges and manages purchases using the Apple ID used at checkout. Manage or cancel Annual Pro or Weekly Pro in App Store subscription settings. Deleting Protein Tracker or local data does not cancel a subscription or remove a purchase from your Apple ID. Restore Purchases asks Apple to restore eligible Annual and Weekly access. Billing disputes and refund requests are handled under Apple's policies.

Automated and third-party information

Search, barcode, speech, label recognition, AI estimates, Health data, and third-party food records can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review editable values before saving. Open Food Facts, Google, and Apple services are governed by their own availability, terms, and privacy practices.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or connected services, interfere with security or operation, submit unlawful content, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use automated features to violate another person's rights.

Availability and changes

Features may change to improve safety, reliability, legal compliance, or platform compatibility. The local manual journal is designed to work offline, but StoreKit, lookup, AI estimates, Health, speech, and other connected features depend on Apple or third-party services.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without guarantees that every estimate, service, or result will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing terms

The mandatory consumer protections and governing-law rules of the country or region where you live continue to apply. Any dispute must be handled in a court or forum that applicable law permits. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where permitted.
